Asahi Pentax SL Film SLR Camera

This is a film camera I purchased pre-serviced a while ago. It's a fully mechanical camera without a light meter.

* The light seals have been replaced (including those around the pentaprism, which are prone to deterioration).
* The viewfinder is clear, free of corrosion, though there is some minor dust.
* Shutter speeds work from 1 to 1000 seconds.
* Mirror operation and aperture pin mechanism function without issue.
* No light leaks are visible on the film curtain (both the front and rear curtains).

The last few photos show the viewfinder image with a 55mm F1.8 lens attached and focused, and a photo of a cat taken with this camera using a black and white film with ISO 400. Cameras from this era aren't like digital cameras; they are more stable at apertures around F5.6 to F11.

As this camera is approximately 50 years old, the accuracy of the shutter speed is unknown. It should be treated as equivalent to a "junk" item; it's best suited for someone who can appreciate the analog quirks.
