Antique bisque composition doll
This doll is in great condition for its age
I found just a few similar dolls online that are in very poor condition for almost the same price. It's very rare for these dolls to be in such great condition

Face: hand painted, lines on the face look like cracks but they are actually a sign of aged antique porcelain. If the bisque doesn't have these lines then it is not antique
The imperfections in the hand painted areas are also an indication of antique dolls. If they are painted perfectly they are not antique
The doll is made of natural materials (composition) and it has a hard body, not jointed and it can't sit or change positions.
Hands, feet and face are porcelain. Arms are fabric and have wire inside to make it flexible but the movement is limited.
Clothes are silk in perfect condition
