Beautiful multiple shade blue short 4 tiered dress. It's a 3XL but it runs really big. So someone who wears a 4XL can definitely fit it. Only worn once to a wedding. I'm 5'5 for a wedding I thought it to be too short so I wore royal blue biker shorts as you can see in the picture other than that I wouldn't have worn anything up under it. Can be worn also as a shirt if you are tall. I Love this dress. Hate to part with it but wearing it once was enough.
