This is a set of three "Iroutsushi" dip pens (for use with bottled fountain pen ink) and a limited edition bottled ink, which I received before but haven't used.
The Iroutsushi nibs have pen points just like fountain pens, allowing you to enjoy various inks with the same writing feel as a fountain pen.
The pen body designs are as shown in the photos.
From left to right: Clear F (Fine), Clear M (Medium), Clear Black F (Fine).
The bottled ink has a retro design, as shown in the photos.
The ink color is unknown as the contents haven't been checked, but it's likely black. This is a very rare design.
All items are new and unused.
