Though this lovely dress has no back or sleeves it has a lot going for it!
The dress is NEW without TAGS, however it had a big rip that was beautifully repaired. See picture.
It is spectacular with its rosette and ruffles in a pretty floral pattern on white.
The flowy fabric mimics silk and the dress is lined.
It can be adjusted for a more personalized fit with the long spaghetti ties.
