This is a filled sealed case of 1999 Road Champs Limited edition NYPD Ford Crown Vic police cars. We purchased this as part of a larger order from Road Champs directly in 1999. It has remained sealed ever since.
The second photo is an example of the 12 cars inside. It has a small NYPD logo pin attached to the blister. This would be 12 out of the 10,000 cars they released.
