Fabulous 1970s secretary dress from JC Penney in a cherry red color. It's a nice lightweight comfy material and ties at the neck. It does have belt loops but does not come with a belt. It's in good condition and seems to fit like a modern medium or so; please see measurements below to ensure it'll fit you before purchasing.
